Neo Art Romania is a cultural non governmental organisation that aims to promote the national and international culture, cultural and artistic education, as well as educational programs overall. Moreover, Neo Art Romania supports technology and science as a leverage for developing the  art domain.

Neo Art Romania encourages the following type of activities:

• Creative projects in the mentioned fields
• Working with national and international partners in order to create innovative projects
• Developing original projects in order to promote the national and international art and culture
